The Damper is jamming / not opening

Installers should inspect builders’ work before installing dampers and make sure all edges are square and not so tight that the dampers may jam.

If you have noticed damper louvres that jam prior to our visit, please provide a power tool or notify us of the problem before we arrive onsite.
