You can return goods under two circumstances:
- The goods are no longer needed
In this case, we will issue a credit pending an internal inspection. We will let you know what the credit value is before we issue a credit or agree to complete any sales return.
- The goods are under warranty
As warranties are held with the manufacturer, we will forward any returned goods to the manufacturer who will then write up a report. We will then discuss the outcome of this report with you before any repairs are made, any credit given, or the goods are returned to you.
